- ✓ Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the electromechanical contracting and supplies sectorspecially spiral wound gaskets, insulation joints and kits along expansion joints.
- ✓ customers knock-on door visits and follow up meetings.
- ✓ develop sales and marketing plans

- ✓ Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth targets.
- ✓ Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- ✓ Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts with clients and suppliers.
- ✓ Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
- ✓ Collaborate with engineering, project management, and sales teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
- ✓ Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and bids to prospective clients.
- ✓ Track and report on business development activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
- ✓ Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
- ✓ Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the company’s market presence and brand reputation.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- ✓ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering “Mechanical, electrical, petroleum or mechatronics”
- ✓ Minimum of 1 year and up to 8 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably within the engineering or contracting industry.
- ✓ Car Owner “special package is included”
- ✓ native or very good English command.
- ✓ Proven track record of achieving sales and business growth targets.
